Architect/Designer and Revit Guru (3-25-19)
Come work in our collaborative office environment at the beach and gain experience in all aspects of our profession!­ Must be able to engage clients in a professional manner, turn around a full set of construction documents with little supervision, using Revit Architecture.


Additionally, this candidate must have an exceptional design eye, and be able to visually and verbally demonstrate your design ideas to the office, and clients. If you are seeking an environment where egos are set aside, and excellent ideas coming from anyone in the office are valued, then this is the place for you!

  • Must have a professional degree from a NAAB accredited Architecture school (master’s degree preferred)
  • Focused and on a path to licensure.

  • 1-3 years plus post undergrad or graduate experience in an office environment.

Qualifications include BArch or Masters of Architecture and all interested candidates must be fully registered, or on the path towards licensure. Successful candidates will possess the ability to work independently with a moderate level of supervision and a strong attention to detail.­ We are looking for an intermediate to advanced level of technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office. Located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, Ebert Norman Brady Architects is a well-respected, multidisciplinary firm seeking to grow our capabilities and services. The successful candidate will participate in all phases of projects and will be experienced in AutoCAD with the necessary skills and knowledge to design and manage projects and produce construction drawings. Located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, Ebert Norman Brady Architects is a well-respected, multidisciplinary firm seeking to grow our interior design capabilities and services. The successful candidate will participate in all phases of projects and be responsible for selection of interior materials, finishes and color selections, space planning, construction document preparation and client meetings and presentations. The candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in an architectural or interior design practice.­ ­

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, able to take responsibility, possess a strong work ethic and have a positive attitude.
  • Experience in the use of AutoCAD for production of construction documents in an architectural office.
  • Knowledge of interior building codes and standards.
  • Able to effectively communicate verbally, graphically and in writing.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Functional knowledge of MS Office Products.
  • Experience in Sketch-up, or other visualization software and Revit is preferred.
  • Experience in researching, documenting, sourcing and specifying interior finishes and colors, FF&E, materials, fabrics, hardware, appliances, signage, graphics and lighting.
  • Experience in working with product representatives, vendors, clients and consultants in a positive, professional and productive manner.
  • Experience in the preparation of presentations, material and finish color boards, color binders and booklets to convey the design intent.
  • Experience in the review of shop drawings, submittals and work in place for conformance with the construction documents. ­
  • Possess a four-year accredited degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited or NAAB-accredited program.
  • Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
